AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

Smartcatcher® Mats Authorized Retailer and Warranty Statement Smartcatcher® Mats is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products through authorized retailers. Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services ONLY on products purchased from an authorized Smartcatcher® Mats retailer and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Smartcatcher® Mats product from an unauthorized retailer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Smartcatcher® Mats warranty will be voided

If you return an item to Smartcatcher® Mats for replacement, and that item is verified as either counterfeit or a product not manufactured by Smartcatcher® Mats, you will be notified via e-mail or phone with instructions for retrieving your item. You will have a maximum of 3 business days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your cost: a shipping and handling fee of $50. Shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Smartcatcher® Mats resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these retailers do not carry a warranty from Smartcatcher® Mats. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or retailer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your Smartcatcher® Mats product by ensuring that you only purchase Smartcatcher® Mats products from an Authorized Smartcatcher® Mats Retailer.

If you purchased a counterfeit product with a credit card, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Smartcatcher® Mats will provide you with an email or letter identifying your product as a counterfeit to assist you in this.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Smartcatcher® Mats will provide the original purchaser, who has purchased Smartcatcher® Mats products from www.smartcatchermats.com or our authorized retailers, a five-year limited warranty. For a period of five years from the date of original purchase, Smartcatcher® Mats will, at its option, either repair or replace a defective product.

This limited-warranty covers Smartcatcher® Mats products only as originally supplied and does not cover and is void with respect to the following:

(1) normal wear and tear; (2) products which have been improperly installed, repaired, maintained or modified; (3) products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, physical damage, abnormal use, improper handling or storage, neglect, exposure to fire, water or excessive moisture or dampness or extreme changes in climate or temperature; (4) cosmetic damage, cracking, warping, soiling, fading and improper maintenance; (5) damage the result of fire, flood, acts of God or other acts which are not the fault of Smartcatcher® Mats and which the product is not specified to tolerate, including damage caused by mishandling.

Smartcatcher® Mats will at its option either repair or replace from current inventory of available products the defective floor products, provided the defect is not the result of misuse, accident, abuse or alteration and provided further that the product is used in the manner specifically set forth in literature describing the product which is issued or provided by Smartcatcher® Mats.

This warranty is valid only in the United States.
