Order Processing time: allow up to 1 to 3 business days for your orders to be processed and 5 to 7 days to arrive. To check the status of your order simply log into your account on our site under My Account.
Please note that transit time can be longer and tracking ability can be limited under the current circumstance. Customs fees may apply based on order total.
Smartcatcher Mats stands behind our products 100%. If you purchased our products from one of our partners, you must work directly with them for return or product exchange.
Products purchased directly from Smartcatcher Mats (wavesw.sg-host.com) can always be returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, per the following guidelines:
a) Item must be in its original condition
b) Must provide order number from our website
c) Refund excludes any paid shipping charges by Smartcatcher Mats and restocking fee of $5 dollars
d) Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs
e) Item that is used and damaged can not be returned
