If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please follow these steps for returns.
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Roll up the mats, put them in a shipping box, and include the completed Return Form in your return.
3. We’ll process your return upon receiving. Refund will be issued to the the original payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.
